CompUSA - Kaspersky Antivirus Rebates

Purchased Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0 software from CompUSA on dated 11/05/2006 or 12/3/2006. The webpage showing two rebates for $60 and $40 and the same rebates has been printed when did in store pickup. Also while did the store pickup, verified the rebate with CompUSA store manager and he confirmed about $60 and $40 rebates.
Now CompUSA has rejected the $40 rebate with out stating any reason, even they pulled the record from website. If they have to pull then they should have done it with in return period, but compUSA pulled the rebate once the return period is over thus consumers haven't any option left and hence they are loosing the $40 for the rebate.
This a gross misuse of false advertising to exploit American consumers. Action must be taken against CompUSA and the rebate processing center in this matter.
