We, the undersigned feel that you bringing out a menstrual cup under the name "Moon Cup" is confusing to customers, who might mistake it for the UK brand of menstrual cup called "Mooncup".
We also feel that, regardless of who trademarked the name first, because Mooncup UK has been using the name "Mooncup" for their menstrual cup for several years (before you trademarked the name or brought out your silicone cup), it is unethical for you to bring out a similar product with the name "Moon Cup".
We suggest that as an act of good will, you rename your product to make it distinctly different to the UK "Mooncup"
