Coventry Glen Recreation Area

The undersigned, residing in the town of Lumberton, NJ and the housing development of Coventry Glen hereby, respectively petition the Lumberton Township Committee as follows, We request:

An area to be designated as a recreation area or park within the Coventry Glen development of Lumberton, NJ. The recreation area would have things like a visible entry, exit and/or path, a playground area, benches, trees/shaded areas, and trash cans. The proposed recreation area should be approximately 1/4 of an acre or more.

We are asking that the Township Committee consider a location or area which parents and children within the entire Coventry Glen development will be able to walk to.

THEREFORE, we petition for consideration of an allotment of land for the future creation of a recreation area in the Coventry Glen development of Lumberton, NJ by the Township Committee of the Township of Lumberton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey, upon the recommendation of the Township Engineer and in conformity with the Municipal Land Use Law.
