Curbing Speed Violators in our Point Loma Neighborhood

Due to low staffing of the San Diego Police Traffic Division, we as a neighborhood need to take our streets back. There are major safety concerns on the streets of Fenelon and Willow in Point Loma. These streets are being used by other surrounding neighbors to by-pass the traffic of Rosecrans and Chatsworth. Lack of 25MPH and 4-Way STOP signs are giving way for those to speed down our streets without consequences causing an unsafe environment for our own families. This petition is to help convince our City Council and the Point Loma Subcommittee that we want our streets to become safer due to lower speeds by all who use them. I am proposing to the PL Subcommittee Wednesday November 16th, the need for a 4-Way STOP and/ or low Speed Humps at the cross streets of Fenelon and Willow.
