Death to HD-DVD

Dear High Def movie fans, I'm starting this petition in order to support Blu-Ray Disc, and to show Universal and Paramount that the consumer has "clearly" chosen Blu-Ray. Warner Brothers switched to Blu-Ray exclusive because that its the best thing for the consumer, Universal MUST do the same !

Blu-Ray is more alive than ever, with good hardware prices, and better technological capabilities, both of which are better for the consumer. I guess Universal and Paramount feel too cheapos prices and less features are better. The only thing HD-DVD has going for it is a big name like Microsoft backing it up. Bluray on the other hand has BD+ and... BD+, and much more. And if extra space is needed, ie. 1TB, use another disc, big deal.

So please, sign this petition, and lets get as many votes as we can so we can hopefully change Universal's mind to be format exclusive. This would also show the Blu-Ray exclusive studios, Buena Vista, Disney, Fox, MGM, Lionsgate, New Line, Sony and Warner Bros, that Blu-Ray has much more supporters than HD-DVD. We have a chance to sign death to an inferior format from collapsing under the weight of the greedy Microsoft corporation and its inferior HD-DVD format, let's do it!
