Declaration of Independence from Federal Tyranny

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

The history of this President is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has bankrupted America, dramatically exploding the national debt on an unprecedented scale with rampant deficit spending, to fund crippling socialist pork scams and assume powers he is not authorized to assume under the Constitution, as with nationalizing the auto industry.

He has vindictively imposed the most crushing tax hikes in U.S. history, in the middle of a severe recession, on those who create all the jobs and already pay 60\% of all the taxes, in a country that already had the 2nd highest tax burden on businesses in all the world. He has attempted to excuse these brutal ideology-driven attacks on the economy by earmarking the funds for programs he has no constitutional authority to enact, such as nationalized health care.

He has corrupted and politicized the Census Bureau for partisan gain.

He has put tax cheats and lobbyists in control of our entire economy-an economy that is supposed to be almost entirely run by the states individually.

He has railroaded massive pork deficit spending through Congress before anyone could read it, giving payoffs to union cronies and bonuses to AIG executives with impunity...all while lyingly claiming there was no pork in the legislation, despite 9,000 earmarks being in it.

He has declared all-out war on the free market, illegally taking over (and even needlessly destroying) private companies, firing their employees at will, and telling them how much of their own money they can spend and on what. He now tells them what products they can make, what labor they can use to make them, and what they can pay their employees.

He has unconstitutionally nationalized all the power in this country away from the state and local levels, where the individual has maximum control over his own affairs and community--the only place where man can have the influence necessary for self-governance and the independence and personal responsibility necessary to prosper.

He has aided our enemies, betrayed our allies, and stabbed our troops in the back at every turn, even appeasing, surrendering, and groveling to Third World dictators who hate our guts.

He has created an American version of the Hitler Youth, known as, "The Obama Youth Brigade."

He has lied, cheated, and silenced dissent at every turn.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by him pretending to listen and repeating the injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to his Democratic brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their elected officials to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our Revolution and Founding. We have appealed to their common decency and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common interests to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, the undersigned, therefore, hereby declare Barack Hussein Obama a tyrant, at war with everything this country stands for, hostile to its interests and security, and call on any state willing to assert its sovereignty to begin the process of seceding from this treasonous and oppressive abomination of a government at once.
