Some fans of the books have agreed that the movie left much to be desired with so much that was left out. If you think that the DVD (yet to be released) should be a Directors Cut version sign the petition below.
This would allow the whole community of fans who were disappointed to have a sense of not being ripped off. This would be a first Directors Cut version of any Harry Potter film and it is just a suggestion that hopefully WB can respect and consider.
Originally the movie was going to be two parts because of the length of the book, but director Mike Newell made it all in one. The end result was not the best but the movie is still great.
Fans are still dedicated even so and the movie makers should make these films nothing but the best to offer.
