Dear John Mazz,
Currently in the NCF Staff Room, there is a secret vote going on to decide if Ziggy should be remade into a moderator. We the undersigned believe that this is a decision that should be made public, and the opinions of every member should be taken into consideration, before going through with any decision. We the undersigned also believe that the forum would not benefit from having Ziggy as a moderator, and wish for you to not go through with this decision for a number of reasons, some of which are listed below:
1. Overstaffing: We are, right now; critically overstaffed. A number of our mods dont do their jobs at all, or only do it when it suits them. A forum this small doesnt need eight moderators (plus three admins), it just convolutes any kind of decision making process. Really, we probably dont need anymore than four or five moderators, but thats a topic for another day.
2. His Ego: Ziggy has always had an obsession with being in charge. Even as far back as Rawful, Ziggy had always deemed it necessary to appoint himself leader. That was why he left in the first place, because he wanted to become a leader as an admin. Ziggy has an obsession with being in charge, and as soon as he becomes a moderator, hell do what he did last time and become the self appointed Head Moderator. The mods are a council of equals in the decision making process, with Mazz as our head. Someone who elevates himself over the other members will only cause frustration, confusing, and anger among other members of this body. His signature is all the proof you need of just how conceited he is.
3. Vendettas: Ziggy is someone who tends to hold grudges, and he is; right now, hated by a large group of the forum members. I will not be surprised when I see Ziggy unfairly penalizing certain members that he doesnt like.
4. The Rest Of The Forum: The majority of the regular members dislike Ziggy a lot, and I would expect a significant uproar when Ziggy is remodded. Right now, I believe that the happiness with the staff is down pretty low among the regular members, and I believe it go into the basement when this goes through.
