EB Games and Game Spot Petition

EB Games and Game Spot has been everything but helpful during the 2005 releasing of Microsoft's Xbox 360.
All of their customers that I have spoken too, who pre-ordered the system told me that all the staff has been rude, unhelpful, withholding information and lying. We understand that the Xbox 360 is in such high demand and that Microsoft is also shipping world wide, which would make it difficult for EB GAMES and GAME SPOT to know when they (EB Games and Game Spot) will be getting any systems in.

But if THEIR customers want to know where they are on the pre-order list or how many Xbox 360 systems came in that day, to ease THEIR customer's minds then why not give them that information. Not for anything else, but to keep THEIR customers happy.

The Customers are always right, and we can not forget that.
We keep EB Games and Game Spot alive; the least they can do is answer our question.
