Employment and housing for all.

This petition will be used to re-industrialize the state of Massachusetts.





Upon Reaching 5000 signatures, This petition will, along with my 7 point plan (shown below) will be submitted to Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick.

Remember to read the notes for points marked with an star (*)





Point 1: Eliminate all Industry taxes for factories, mills, and the entitled above.





Point 2: All mills in Massachusetts, even those with purpose, such as housing or stores etc. will be evicted, making way for new industry and manufacturing.*





Point 3: Repair and renew condemned buildings and structures for displaced residents and/or businesses. Also, building new city buildings in vacant lots of heavily urbanized areas.





Point 4: Building houses in vacant lots that are unowned by people, for the purpose of making housing for displaced residents, homeless etc.





Point 5: Re-instating the use of freight railroad for transportation of goods locally.





Point 6: Implementing this plan to slash unemployment and creating more jobs and individual homes (or apartment complexes) for more people.





Point 7: Creating laws that prevent the destruction of the current standing mills.





Note 1: Those displaced, will receive compensation and adequate placement by other parts of this plan.
