We, the undersigned, believe that rap is a cultural cancer. We believe that rap does not fall within the bounds of the established definition of 'music' nor that this definition should ever be extended to encompass the concept of 'rap'. Rap has no harmonic or melodic content, save for the practice of ripping off hooks from other songs (with which the target audience is usually unfamiliar so consider to be the "rap" "artist"'s own work) known as 'sampling' (or, in other words, musical theft/rape), and as such is not music.
In addition to its profound lack of any musical merit whatsoever, we believe that rap is culturally carinogenic and a malign influence on modern society on many levels.
We believe that rap should be destroyed. We are committed to making our own personal contribution to the destruction of rap, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.
