For Those Found Not Responsible for Citations Refund

We, residents of the state of Massachusetts are kindly requesting to your office to allow our petition for the refunding of monies paid on civil citation appeals from local and state police agencies. The law has gone into effect advising that it is $25.00 for a court magistate hearing and another $25.00 to go in front of a judge for an appeal, however why is the money not refunded if we have proven our case beyond a reasonable doubt in front of either party? We hope that this request will merit your favorable response. Attached is the list of residents who agree that if accused violators are found not responsible for civil motor vehicle infractions that monies be refunded for the appeals process.
