"What is FreePay?

FreePay is a way for consumers to get high quality products for FREE!

FreePay is a payment method for purchasing online. But instead of using a check or a credit card you don't pay anything at all. We have partnered with large online advertisers, like Blockbuster, Citibank and BMG, who do all the paying for you. These sponsors are looking for new customers like you, and in exchange for trying their products and services you can get cool, high-end, and totally free products. The sponsors pay us referral fees for helping them acquire customers like you and this money goes towards the cost of your new items."

Freepay has claim that they are:

Easy No other place on the internet offers an easier way to get free stuff.

Trusted We protect your privacy and will ship your products promptly.

Experienced We've been doing this longer than anyone and have learned how to get you the greatest items for free, and as quickly as possible.

A Leader We have partnered with the best sponsors to bring you excellent online advertising offers.

Legitimate We have tens of thousands of happy customers.

Customer focused - Our team of customer service agents strive to ensure a smooth process and on time delivery"

To: FreePay

Dear Peter Martin and Freepay executives,

Freepay has generally given me excellent service but this is not the case with the Free Xbox 360 site. On 1/14/2006 9:57:00 AM, my order was place to receive my "free" Xbox 360 from http://xbox360s.freepay.com/, Order # 500415. Freepay posted in there help section that, Due to Microsoft's extremely limited supply of the Xbox 360's, we are unable to fulfill our customer's Xbox 360 orders until the late-January timeframe." I acknowledged this and waited for my Xbox 360 to be shipped. But it was not going to arrive anytime soon. Freepay updated their help section again stating that, Due to Microsoft's extremely limited supply of the Xbox 360's, we are unable to fulfill our customer's Xbox 360 orders until the late-February-March. Freepay changed the time frame once again to sometime in March.

FreePays updates are inadequate, leaving their customers in an uncomfortable and inconvenient predicament. After all, I have completed the referral requirements. I have fulfilled my part of the agreement but I am left waiting like a sitting duck, dumbfounded by the continuously extending timeframe. This is completely unacceptable. Freepay has not sent out a single Xbox 360. Other "Free Xbox 360" sites, such as, http://www.3604free.com/, have been able to fulfill their orders, or compensate their customer with a of $475 cash gift via PayPal, just as XBOX360s4Free.com achieved.

On behalf of the approved free Xbox 360 customers, I am asking Freepay to give all of their approved Free Xbox 360 customers an option to be reimbursed their $420 (approximate worth of a Premium Xbox 360 + tax) cash gift via PayPal or to wait endlessly for their Xbox 360.Please let us know what is being done.
