Get Nikkie Back At School Today!

On May 2nd, 2006, Nikkie S. was waiting to get a drink at a water fountain at school, she was was nicely playing with Levi(another student at the water fountain) they were playing, and then all of a sudden, the boy slaps her across the face for NO REASON what so ever!, Literally, she didnt do ANYTHING to him to offend him, or anything, so,

Nikkie went chasing after the boy, with a red mark on her face, and yelled "if you ever hit me again, I'll kill you" and she didnt mean that, because the boy was 250 lbs, how could a 5'2 girl who is 121 lbs, take down a 6'2 boy? Thats virtually as well as physically impossible.

The incident was brought to the attention of the principal. Nikkie offered to appologize, and she said "I didnt mean it, I was just Real Angry"
To make this story short, The girl was Expelled, and the boy had only gotten 2 days of 20 minute detention.

This is NOT fair at all, the girl protected herself, and she even offered to applogize, and try and be friends with the boy, but the principal declined that. That is not Fair AT ALL! The boy had 2 days of a 20 minute Lunch Detention, and that basically means he couldnt go play for 2 days, and thats unfair.

Please sign this petition, because what Levi did was unfair, and he got away with hitting her basically, and its not right. Please Sign This petition to get Nikkie Back at school with her friends, so she can pass the 8th grade with a 4.0 GPA, she didnt deserve to be Expelled.
