Yes, I know what you are thinking another petition about cruelty to animals, and yes you are right it is. But if there is so much discussion about it why is it still here then? We need harsher laws for it. We need people like you and I to make sure people dont do it. So please just take a second and sign youre name. Hey whats 2-3 minutes of youre time going to do.
