Guaranteed Fair Tips for American Servers

Most Restaurant Servers in Canada are paid at least $8.00 an hour without tips included and most European Servers are guaranteed tips due to Restaurants having tips included in guest's bill. Yet The United States of America allows Restaurants to have servers / waiters rely on tips by the customer while getting paid $2.13 - $2.75 an hour which is taken by taxes anyway giving them no check except their tips made daily given by customers which are split by bartenders and bar backs also. More than 60\% of servers are female single mothers that rely on money to support their children and themselves. What Lobbyists, Congressman or Organization is TRULY protecting the welfare of these servers? It's time to "MAKE A CHANGE!" Servers need to be guaranteed at least 10 percent of the guests bill and 15-20\% of the bill if they have to tip out the bartenders and bar backs. It's time that servers can live like normal americans making at least minimum wage and see a chance to support themselves and their children in life. Servers are people too and hard working to deserve equal rights to have the chance to live "The American Dream". The NRA (National Restaurant Association) is supporting the restaurant owners...who is supporting the servers who are the backbone of the restaurants? There are approximately 90 million servers nation-wide and over 65\% of them are not able to live on their own. Why is the question....this petition is part of the solution!
