HAREMOS JUSTICIA, MARGARITA NARANJO DE SAA

Margarita Naranjo de Saб (MAngui) was brutally murdered (strangled) on the 26th of August 2008, in Mazatlбn, Mexico.Up till now the Mexican authorities have declared Dr.Waldo Garcнa Ferrera as the sole suspect and alleged murderer.Dr.Garcнa is the victim`s ex-husband and is currently a fugitive of the law.
According to the police,Dr.Garcнa is now in between Mexico and the United States,where he is apparently hiding,with the help of relatives and friends.
Testimonies of people who were close to teacher Mangui indicate that Garcнa Ferrera has a record of domestic violence in Cuba,where in several occasions had threatened and brutally beaten the victim.
Mangui,as everyone called her,was the youngest of three.She was 41 years old and left a son,Jesus,her only child from a previous relantioship.The boy is curently living in Cuba under the protection of the rest of the family.
Like her mother,the prestigious teacher Ramona de Saб Bello, Mangui dedicated her life to teaching ballet. For several years she collaborated as a ballet teacher at the Municipal Clasic Ballet School in Mazatlбn.
Mangui graduated from the Superior Institute of Art with a Golden Diploma and received awards for her work as Maitre and Choreographer. She is remembered by all with great affection, as a very educated and loving person.
Her remains were cremated and they now rest at the Colуn Cementery in Havana.
