Dear Governor Nixon:
On behalf of those members of the Johnson County and Cass County Bar Associations who have signed below, we urge you to appoint the Honorable Jacqueline Cook to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, to replace the seat vacated by the Honorable Joseph P. Dandurand. Although we do not want to lose Judge Cook as a trial judge, she would make an excellent appellant judge on the Court of Appeals.
