Horse/Dog show running errors

Dear HorseLand staff,
Players have noticed that horse and dogs shows are not running on their proper dates, and sometimes not running at all. This discourages some players and horses become low pointed and puts them in early retirement to waste on someones account. Shows not running at all frustrate us and is one of the reasons that causes majority of players to become inactive or quit this game all together. We would really appreciate if you could work out this error in shows. Thank you for reading this.
