We the undersigned live or work in Kingston and support the Common Fire Foundation in establishing a housing co-op at 35 Stuyvesant Street. We understand that:

- The project will be a demonstration of the highest standards of energy-efficient renovation while preserving the historic nature of the building;

- Up to 11 people who are engaged in some kind of social or environmental service work will share the home, living as a single household;

- Common Fire is committed to having the same or less impact on street parking as other buildings on the same street;

- Common Fire is a 100\% volunteer non-profit and we support the City of Kingston in applying its normal property tax exemption for non-profits in this case.
