IRISH CITIZENS AGAINST PAYMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE ON MARCH 31st 2013

I as an Irish Citizen will not accept payment of promissory note on March 31st 2013.

I as an Irish Citizen do not beleive any such payments are in the best interests of the Irish people.

I beleive this money should be put back into Irish society to be used in the best interests of the Irish people.
