Law for promoting local talent in the country

India has an immense talent in every field and every Industry. Exploring and utilizing this potential to the maximum is need of the hour. If we look globally, all the developed countries have a law whereby any organization wishing to hire talent from International market has to prove that such skills are not available locally. Once it is proved then only the work visas are approved. Such law does not prevail in India or is only prevalent for selected Industries. I would request PM of our country and Supreme Court through this petition to revisit any law which decides allowing hiring of International talent over domestic Talent to perform the work. The law should be made mandatory to each and every Industry so that locals do not remain unemployed and we do not end up making losses to our economy by paying foreign employees, contractors or consultants. I request our prime minister to enact such law in case it does not exist in our country
