legalize assault and battery

Too many times we have to deal with the fact that if people upset us we are not aloud to defend ourselves simply because the stupid law says "assault and battery is illegal. This has been a problem in the USA for years and needs to stop here and now. Its like we legally are not aloud to solve our own problems and help others how we the people wish to do so. This is not the worst of it. I fear someday our government will get so upset with the way things are they may just find a way to outright outlaw anger and throw people in jail just for being upset alone someday in the future. This is why we need to start now by making assault and battery legal.
