I want to make a petition to legalize marijuana EVERYWHERE! It is NOT addictive and you do NOT have to go to rehab or counceling for it. You don't rob your family or friends to but it and you don't kill anyone. Marijuana is not a bad thing and should not be labled as a drug, or so I think.
