Legalize Online Games of Skill

I think that Online games of skill should be legalized because games of skill is becoming very popular around the U.S. except for a few states such as Maryland. Although there is usually no limit to how much you can win, there are often limits to how much you will be allowed to lose in given period of time. Online gaming is a relatively new activity, so in many areas the technology is still ahead of the law. Few precedents have been set, and there is ongoing debate about the distinction between games of skill and gambling. For example, some states consider poker a game of chance, while in others it is labelled a game of skill. So I think this should be legalized very soon in Maryland and I don't think anyone is doing anything about it or that anyone cares about Marylanders opinions. I don't think it's fair that a Majority of the U.S. allows game of skill and the great state of Maryland does not. So I am Making this Petition to "Legalize Online Games of Skill".
