legalizzazione coltivazione canapa indiana

I sottoscritti cittadini italiani,
iscritti regolarmente alle liste elettorali del proprio Comune di riferimento, chiedono all'attuale Governo di rendere legale la coltivazione di canapa indiana, comunemente conosciuta come pianta da cui derivano sostanze stupefacenti, perchи:
1)un consumatore di marijuana potrebbe fare a meno di rivolgersi ad organizzazioni criminali, coltivandosela nel proprio giardino.
2)la canapa indiana и a tutti gli effetti una preziosa materia prima in diversi settori, e non capiamo il suo inutilizzo.
3)in fondo и una normale pianta naturale e non vediamo nessun motivo per considerarla illegale come non lo vedremmo per altre piante.
