This is a petition to NCsoft Corporation to transfer Asian gamers from the North American release of Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle, to Asian servers. As the American and European players of the North American release, we feel the play style differences between ourselves and our Asian brethren are to great to merit uninterrupted game-play. The conflicts and confusion that arise from real-world differences between our two player groups only serves to weaken the immersion all of us seek in a persistent world (or MMORPG). For this reason, we ask that NCsoft consider the potential problems such mixing could present down the road. A transfer of Asian IP addresses using North American Lineage 2 accounts to existing or upcoming Asian servers is one of several solutions to this problem. Of course, in the best interest of our Asian friends, we also ask that in the event of such a transfer, all North American and European players are transferred and blocked from Asian servers as well.
This petition will be forwarded to NCsoft corporation when enough signitures to represent the majority of those who feel this way are obtained.
