Declaration of Sovereignty of the Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples,
"the twelve tribes which are scattered" (James 1:1) at home and abroad
(based upon New Covenant of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ revealed in the person of Our God-Father, Haile Sellassie I, King of Kings of Ethiopia -Psalm 68:31, Isaiah 58:12, Amos 9:11, John 4:22, Acts 8:26:40, 1st Timothy 6:15 and Revelation 5:5)

Greetings in the New Name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ revealed in the person of Our God-Father, the Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, H.I.M. Haile Sellassie I, the Elect of GOD, the King of Kings of Ethiopia,

We, the undersigned natural persons, representing the born-again people of "the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel" (Genesis 15:13; 2 Kings 19:30; Matthew 15:24), being redeemed by the Holy spirit, in truth, and by faith in the New Name of Our Master (Lord) and Medicine (Saviour), IYESUS KRISTOS (Jesus Christ) to the glory of Our ABBA, Our GOD-FATHER: ABBA KEDUS (Mark 14: 36; Roman 8:15; Galatian 4:6) and representing the Imperial and Spiritual Dominion of the King of kings of Ethiopia, through our decent from the promised Seed of the Household of David, after the Order of Melchizedek, to establish an ecclesiastical sovereign state organized and based upon Our Divine Heritage, the ancient Holy Ethiopian culture, according to the Gospel of Dr. Melaku E. Bayen and principles of the Order of Melke-Sedeq: QEDAMAWI HAYLE SELLASSIE (H.I.M. Haile Selassie I), the Elect of GOD, the King of kings of Ethiopia since 1930, the acceptable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:19; Isaiah 61:1, 2) We, hereby constitute the redeemed souls, scattered in many foreign lands and under the Gentile nations against Our God-given wills, having also been subjected to Gentile racism, religious and commercial persecution and harassment, in blatant violation of Our Human and God-given Rights, do hereby Come out of Babylon together to declare Our spiritual desire and intent to formalize Our procreative sovereign government and nation, independent of outside foreign influences, to guide and protect the Ethiopian-Hebrew (Amos 9:7) peoples, at home and abroad, the very people of the Christ In His Kingly Character the Lion of the Tribe of Judah (Revelations 5:5), the lawful heirs and inheritors of the legacy of the Queen of the South, the very Queen of Sheba, Queen Makeda of Ethiopia and the Biblical King Solomon of the ancient Beta Israel, as testified to and witnessed by the Holy Bible and the Kebre Negest, the Glory of the Sovereign Ethiopian Solomonic Kings, the patent of Our eternal sovereignty. (Psalm 68:31)

The sovereign Ethiopian-Hebrew nation of the "Conquering Lion of Judah hath prevailed" shall be built upon the divine constitution, established by Our God and ordained by His Christ, in His Word, the Holy Bible, thus describing the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of law, and the service of God, and the promises; (Romans 9:4-5) and so setting forth the blessings, rights, responsibilities and liberties of its people.

The Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples shall be governed by the Crown Council of the Lion of Judah, to be known hereafter as the Tabernacle of David. We, the undersigned persons shall constitute the initial members of the Nobility and Aristocracy of the Household of David until such time as formal elections, or laying on of hands, may be held as directed under the said constitution and by-laws.

The Lion of the Tribe of Judah hath prevailed, its sure foundation being the preservation of Human Rights, i.e. Unity, Solidarity, Liberty, Freedom and Self-determination, secure Justice and the maintenance of Ethiopia's Integrity, the divine heritage, of its redeemed people shall exist perpetually.

The people of the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as the people of other non-white nations and lands, have increasingly been obstructed and prevented from carrying on and developing profitable and worthwhile commercial enterprises in the lands of our captivity, i.e. the Americas and the Caribbean. Secular governments of most Gentile nations in these perilous times of technological advancement and great economic unrest and tribulation, have vainly persisted in laying down legislation and man-made laws including unlawful and non-representative taxation on their subjugated and oppressed peoples, especially Black peoples and other non-whites. Such man-made Governments have therefore lost sight of the God of Ethiopia and their own primary purpose for being, and the basic insights and intents of their some of their Christian well-intentioned founders.

Therefore, the Lion Of Judah Sovereignty, shall possess no national boundaries, and shall set forth and ensure its Chosen people of certain inalienable rights and shall at all times, be subject to and influenced by the direction of its faithful Sovereign Citizenry as guaranteed by the Divine Constitution of the Ethiopian-Hebrew, at home and abroad.

Therefore We, the undersigned representatives of the people of the Conquering Lion Of Judah, Incorporated, assembled in general meeting, do hereby, in the name and by the authority of the King of Kings of Ethiopia, the Kebra-Nagast and His Book: the H.I.M. Holy Bible, i.e. 'the Book of the Seven Seals', do solemnly publish and declare, that the Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples, at home and abroad, are a Sovereign, inter-dependant, and Divine Nation absolved and absent of any and all worldly allegiances, and that all political connections between the Ethiopian- Hebrew peoples of Lion Of Judah and all nations, is and ought to be dissolved, and that as an interdependent Sovereign Nation, has full power to levy spiritual war in order to bless its enemies, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent nations may of right do.
As it is written, Princes Shall Come Out Of Egypt, ETHIOPIA Shall Stretch Forth Her Hands To GOD. (Psalms of David 68: 31). Amen.
