The Manchester United scouting system has been in a mess for some years now, I cant remember the last time our scouts produced a gem of a player on the cheap.
Arsenal seem to be able to do this on a regular basis!
Friends and family of those in high positions at Old Trafford seem to get jobs in the scouting network without being sufficiently qualified, this needs to change and quickly!
2 examples of players are Baptista and Mascherano the whole world and his wife knows about these players, except those who are being paid to find them!
