"TO THE HOUSE OF COMMONS"
We, the undersigned citizens of Canada draw the attention of the house to the following;
MARIJUANA is not a crime against a person, property, planet, or parliament. Its not treason to smoke a joint. The present MARIJANA LAWS violate our CHARTHER OF RIGHTS and go against our system of democracy as the majority of Canadians do not agree with the MARIJANA LAWS. As well as Canadians are being denied the jobs, tax dollars that should be being collected on this multibillion industry, and the tourism that will all go along with the removal of the MARIJANANA LAWS>
THEREFORE, your petitioners call upon Parliament to remove all laws regarding the possession, cultivation or sale of MARIJUANA and to refrain from creation any new laws regarding MARIJUANA.
