Mennonite Metal Shop

Everything was going great. We had a boy in 2005 and a girl in 2007. Until one day a mennonite couple knocked on the door. These people wanted to move to the 50 acre lot north of our property and start a 'small' family run metal shop. We thought 'hey it would be nice to have a mennonite family for neighbours'.
Eventually the shop (8000 sq ft) was built (2008) and the noise began.
As time went on we discovered this 'factory' has turned into a 16 hour a day, 6 day week, 10 employee, smashing, banging, hammering. humming, vibrating beast with a high pressure waterjet cutter, CNC plasma cutter, press brake and 3 laser metal cutters all powered by a 12 cylinder turbo diesel generator. The 7am tradition is to dump a load of scrap metal (saved from the night before) into the scrap bin. ABOUT A 1000LBS A SCRAP METAL.
these are actual mennonites that trot around making people believe they are all sweet and innocent when really they are pounding (assaulting) on our property all day and night (sometimes well past 11 pm) with all the doors and windows open. there is no break what so ever from the noise, and of course the township totally neglected to take the planner's advice in regards to the whole proposal being 'premature' and needing a proper noise assessment.
I asked the owner of the 'factory' to close all doors and windows, so has the township (after numerous complaints). The ministry of the environment has also suggested that all doors and windows be shut. The owner is not listening to anyone. So now at times the noise is so loud I have to wear earplugs. On my 50 acre property with a log home.
So my petition is regarding mennonites and their massive factories in the middle of beautiful farm country when they should be located in industrial parks.
These people are wicked and I feel they are trying to drive me and my little family from our home so they can set up another factory on our property.
keep going to church mennonite God has deceived you
