NASCAR's Denial of Victory Lane Emotion

We feel that NASCAR has acted unjustly in leveling fines on drivers for public allowing the occasional "obscene" word to slip. This is a fine levied for showing emotion in Victory Lane after winning a race. Most recently this fine has impacted the "Chase for the Championship" a.k.a. "The NASCAR Playoffs" with the moving of Dale Earnhardt Jr from first to second. Others have felt the wrath of NASCAR President Mike Helton, and they to have be unjustly fined by the almighty sanctioning body for stock car racing. Denial of emotion in Victory Lane puts a black cloud on racing and a smear on the fabric of the sport.

NA$CAR is making too many changes on a whim. I have no problem with Junior being fined (even more than $10,000), but it is Blatantly wrong to deduct Points, after the race is over, for an offense like this.

this is not any way to determine a champion, so when said driver wins the nextel cup and is awarded trophy and decides to cuss in a victory celebration are you going to take the cup from him and make your champion the guy who really finished 2nd?

This decision was ridiculous! Try watching some of the other network TV, believe me, its much more offensive than a slip of the tongue in Victory Lane, one that most people probably missed.
