It has come to our attention that for some time now, the BBC has not been providing the viewing public with the opportunity of a weekly 'Neighbours' omnibus. Other top rated (and some would argue, inferior) soap operas have commanded large amounts of Sunday afternoon airtime throughout the years, and yet appallingly, 'Neighbours' has been left behind.
We, the unemployed; student layabout and just plain lazy urge for your support in bringing the magic of Ramsey street to a Sunday afternoon. We realise that 'Eastenders' has the monopoly on BBC1's screen time, and so we suggset a modest BBC2 slot. Excluding recaps and credits, each episode clocks in at roughly 20 minutes, so with that times five, its... er not much really when you consider the enjoyment it will provide.
We urge you, the discerning viewer populous to rise up and fight this crime against humanity, forced upon us by the capitalist media behemoth.
