On December 29, 2008 in an interview with 1UP Editor James Milke, the director of Tenchu 4: Art of the Ninja (aka, Tenchu: Shadow Assassins), Keisuke Kanayama said in regards to Shinobido Imashime gSpike, considers the series a failure [but] If the fans can show Spike how much desire there is out there, maybe they'll change their minds.h
We the undersigned would like to see a sequel, prequel, or remake of the original Shinobido Imashime that was released on Sony Playstation 2; be released on this current generation of gaming platforms as a major competitor in the Stealth-action adventure genre.
