Please help send a message to the Santa Monica Malibu School District and John Muir School: Keep the Flea Market at Lincoln Boulevard or Find a Better Location than a tiny parking lot in front of the schools in a residential neighborhood!
Help save the residential nature, peace and quiet of the neighborhood surround John Muir Elementary and SMASH Elementary Schools. A commercial operation such as a Flea Market, should be held in a commercial district, NOT a residential district. Some of the issues of concern to neighbors include:
o Parking
o Traffic
o Street and Pedestrian Safety
o Noise / Smells
o Litter
o Signage
o Toilets
o Conflicts with Los Amigos Park Events
o Adult / Flea Market nature of the event
o Lack of limits on future growth of event
o Negative impact on the residential quality, peace & quiet of our neighborhood
