No Harry Kewell at Charlton

We, the undersigned, being supporters of Charlton Athletic football club, hereby formally oppose the proposed signing by us of Harry Kewell from Liverpool. While we have no doubts about Mr Kewells ability as a player, his recent legal action against Gary Lineker (a man who has consistently bigged up Charltons achievements as presenter on Match of The Day) leaves a bad taste in the mouth. We would not feel comfortable seeing Kewell in a Charlton shirt, and urge the club to reconsider the proposed transfer.
