Por medio de la presente, los ciudadanos firmamos para que se prohíba el transito de animales tracción (Zorras, Caballos) y que el gobierno nacional (Ministerio de Transporte) y la alcaldía local se comprometan a crear un programa similar al empleado en la Ciudad de Medellín para reemplazar las Zorras por moto-carros.
