Non-Whiny Utwig Voice in the Star Control Sequel

As we all know, the whiny, emo voice of the Utwig makes no sense after they have the Ultron. They are all happy and joyful afterwards, according to the text, the Supox, the Role Playing Resource Guide, everything.
The goal of this petition is _not_ to criticize TFB, just to make them realize that, in the sequel, a non-whiny voice should be used for them.
One reason that TFB may invoke for not changing their voice would be that players are used to their character construct as a whiny species, but this is _not_ true. We all know that the Utwig are not naturally whiny. Plus, the world already has the Dweenle as a naturally depressed race.
