Sub: Notice indefinite fast from 23rd Oct 2006 in front of the Tamilnadu State Information Commission - reg.

Res Sir, with all due respect I Sri. Lawrence Sathiyaraj J wish inform you that I have decided to take an indefinite fast from 23rd Oct 2006 in front of the Tamilnadu State Information commission in protest against

Giving false / improper / inadequate / inappropriate / misleading information's and destruction of materials in question under RTI by the Public Authorities of BSNL Chennai Telephones.
Issue of Censure Punishment orders vide AGM (ADMN)/TRC/2006-2007/2 dt: 26.06.2007 for seeking information under RTI 2005.
Issue of Censure Punishment by SDE Admn II of BSNL Chennai Telephones for exposing the corruption using RTI Act 2005.
Refusing to accept appeals submitted to the First Appellate Authority of BSNL Chennai Telephones.
Not properly implementing the RTI facilities in BSNL Chennai Telephones.
Failure of the CIC to properly investigate my appeal and rejoinders in that regard and for not allowing a personal hearing of the appeal whereby allowing the corrupt officers in BSNL a chance to take advantage of the situation and go a head with their harassment on me for exposing the corruption using RTI Act.
Failure of the Presidents Office to take immediate and necessary action on the notice dated 09/08/2006 which has facilitated the corrupt public authorities to go a head with their corrupt practices and rejecting all my RTI application on unwarranted grounds.
Derogatory remarks passed on both in writing and in spirit on the RTI Act by the Public Authorities in BSNL Chennai Telephones through the BSNEU member who are their partner in corruption.
Derogatory remarks passed by Sri. Gunasekaran and Sri. Rajendran of BSNL Employees union in support of the corrupt public authorities in BSNL Chennai Telephones.
Failure of the Central Bureau of Investigation to register a case and to take action on the complaint of corruption in BSNL Chennai Telephones made to the Superintendent of Police (CBI) Chennai along with documents of proof obtained under RTI Act.
Sir it is also requested that the cases of corruption may be brought to the notice of the Central Vigilance Commission for further necessary action at their end.
