We the undersigned do not support the proposed restrictions that would be placed on Mister Softee ice cream trucks in the reformed city noise code. We feel that the Mister Softee song adds to the enjoyable atmosphere of New York during the spring and summer months. We also believe that prohibiting this song is excessive regulation by the city government.
