Petition to the Virginia Beach City Council in support of the Virginia Beach School Board Budget, proposed March 15, 2011, as it pertains to the use of Risk Management Money to fund the replacement facility for Old Donation Center Elementary School and Kemps Landing Magnet School in the 2014 Capital Improvement Plan. By signing this petition, we hereby support that this funding remain within the Virginia Beach Public School System and not be taken by the Virginia Beach City Council for use elsewhere.

You must allow ODC to cotinue in a more modern facilty. Can you imagine how well these students could perform if only give an up to date facilty? We owe it to our gifted kids.
