On-Call Seniority

The professional staff of University of Florida Housing and Residence Education decided that from now on all areas are to determine on-call selection by random order. Seniority will not be used as a factor in determining the order in which staff members select their days and weekends on-call. This petition aims to highlight the number of resident assistants currently on staff that do not agree with this decision. By signing this petition you are helping to communicate to the professional staff which resident assistants are opposed to this decision.
