PETITION BY THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO APPEND COMPLAINT AND ADD THEIR NAMES AS PLAINTIFFS

Now comes, The People of the United States of America, and petition the Honorable Judge Douglas P. Woodlock to amend the above-mentioned action and allow them to append their names to the matter, as Plaintiffs. The People wishes to exercise their constitutional rights to come together, as One, before the Honorable Judge Woodlock, to state their grievances against all of their elected leaders, for their complacency in allowing millions of Americans to continue to lose their family homes, while investors on Wall Street continues to line their pockets with their obscene multi-million dollar bonuses.
The People no longer want to hear, Shame on you guys, coming from those leaders we elected to handle our affairs and protect us from Wall Street, we want to hear, Cease and Desist from dispossessing The People!
From the allegations as outlined in the complaint, it is clear that The People are headed down the path of bondage under Capitalism! Our pursuit of happiness is being sold and traded all over Wall Street like cattle, while those we elected, under promises to free us, have instead become complacent in the matter.
The French political thinker and historian best known for his Democracy in America Alexis de Tocqueville said it perfectly; A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.
Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage.
Your Honor, the winds of history has washed upon our shores; our elected officials have failed to secure our financial freedom. We have come to that fork in the road of history. There is only one of two choices left available to us. We can either sit silent and allow those foreclosure entities of discernible origins and their counsels to keep unlawfully dispossess us, hoping that they will be merciful masters, or we can take our financial security into our own hands. Either choice would be ruinous to our country. This is exactly the scenario our founding parents intended to avert when they enacted Article III, Section 2, of the Constitution. It is you, -- Your Honor; you are that Trump Card they threw into the deck; The Third Option. We, The People now move to put you into play. If it is not The People who must stand up and defend our homes and financial freedom, then who? --- And if we do not stand, up and do it now, then when? Someone is going to have to give us our Liberty, because We, The People will not accept death.
Wherefore, The People respectfully move the Honorable Judge Douglas Woodlock to grant this within motion and allow the people to join this lawsuit against the federal government and all the fifty states in the Union to redress their grievances
