Peitition of Free American Citizens of Above Average Intellect to Prevent Gene Pool Pollution, Social Deviance, Criminal Activity and Poverty in the United States of America by the year 2012

We the undersigned agree that after the year 2012, no families or individuals in the United States of America shall have the right to give birth, adopt, or provide care for any child in the United States of America unless they can provide proof of the following:

1. Must possess an intelligence quotient above 100 points with written proof from a least two qualified professionals in the medical community, with higher than average intuition and the aptitude for abstract reasoning. Individual must also display a high degree of connection and empathy toward human beings, without displaying any tendencies toward sociopathic behavior.

2. Must possess the ability to read and write English fluently. Neither citizenship, nor the right to have/raise children will be granted to anyone that does not know how to write or speak the Kings English, identify the current President of the United States, and name at least 30 of 50 states in the United States of America.

3. Must provide a sound and stable psychological profile free of moderate to severe mental illness (including major depression, untreated obsessive compulsive disorder, untreated attention deficient disorder, severe autism, psychosis, schizophrenia, severe anxiety disorder, maniac depression, dementia, or mania) that has been evaluated and verified by at least 3 professional medical doctors, psychologists and/or psychiatrists, to include a stress test, behavioral analysis, and proof of complete emotional and mental stability. Any psychological problem from past history has to have proven track record of effectiveness of treatment, including effectiveness of management tools for the past 10 years and must be provided by a medical doctor.

4. Must provide a background check free of felony, violence, vandalism, or documented antagonistic behavior toward any citizen of the United States of America within the past 15 years of adult life.

5. Must provide proof of citizenship of the United States of America. Work visas and green cards will not be acceptable terms for rights to give birth to and/or raise children in the United States of America.

6. Must provide proof of immediate family history that is free of birth defects, excessive disease, severe mental illness and/or criminal history, up to, and including, documentation for up to 20 years of immediate family history.

7. Must provide a background check free of any recognized record of organized malice or anti-government activity against the government of the United States of America, including any organization from any previous country of origin that participated in anti-American propaganda or activities.

8. Must not be a member of any opposing political party that challenges the ruling body in the United States of America or it's democratic model of government. Must also provide voting records from the last Federal Senate, State Governor, Federal Congressional, and Federal Presidential election.

9. Must be a current payer of State and Federal income taxes. There will be no exceptions to this rule, Tax exempt people living in the country, including people with church affiliations, clergy and/or foreign missionaries residing in the United States of America will not be granted rights to have and/or raise children in the United States of America.

10. Must not be on any State or Federal welfare program or assistance. Only working tax paying citizens will be given the right to have and/or raise children in the United States of America and must provide proof of income, and proof of ability to keep and maintain a job and residence.

11. Must not be a member of any recognized group on any watch list of the FBI, CIA, Federal, State or municipal government agency.

12. Must be inspected on a semi-annual basis from a State or Federal social worker to make sure that they are keeping a clean and tidy household free of pestilence, vermin, feces or health hazards that could potentially harm a child. This semi-annual inspection will be conducted for the first 15 years of any household proven to contain children and whereupon a failure to comply with Federal and State standards, shall have said children removed from the household and placed in foster care up until the parent and/or parents can re-establish proof of a clean and hazardous free household for up to 2 years based on a judges discretion, and longer if deemed necessary.

13. Must not have an addiction to alcohol, recreational drugs, or any controlled substances, including prescription drugs, marijuana, heroin or cocaine. In addition, proof must be provided to have a history free of prior drug or alcohol arrests within the last 10 years. Random drug testing for these substances may be conducted by any government agent at any time, for any reason of suspicion or probable cause.

14. Must not have a history of repeating juvenile delinquent criminal behavior of any kind, dating back to and including a history of a serious juvenile delinquency incidents whereupon they were arrested and held in custody for such activities as a child after the age of 14 years if age.

15. Must not have a history of sexual deviance including any prior record or need for rehabilitation for deviant sexual activity up to, and including, child molestation, incest, bestiality or rape. There will be no age restrictions or limitations to this rule. Anyone ever having displayed this behavior will never be given rights to have and/or raise children in the United States of America.

16. Must not be the parent of more than two children. No household shall exceed two children with one being newborn after the year 2012, in the United States of America.

17. Must not have a history of welfare fraud or any history of falsification of records of any kind, for any reason, in the United States of America.

18. Must not have a record of prior faked citizenship in the United States of America. Past or present proof of such incident shall result in immediate forcible removal of individual and/or family back to country of origin and no family member will be granted travel, work visa, or application for American citizenship for 50 years.

19. Must not have any prior felony record from any foreign country even if individual has already attained citizenship in the United States of America. Proof of previous felony record will result in citizen and/or family to be forcibly removed from the United States, whereupon travel for any family member, work visa, or application of American citizenship will be barred for 50 years.

20. Must not have fled another country to have children in the United States of America. If parent and/or parents have/has (a) child in the United States of America and is not a citizen, neither the parent and/or parents, or the child will have citizenship rights in the United States of America. The child, the parent and/or parents will be respectively and/or removed forcibly to their country of origin, and re-entrance to the United States of America on travel, work visa, or application for American Citizenship for any family member will be barred for 50 years.

21. Must prove beyond doubt as an immigrant, that they are indeed a citizen of the United States of America with a valid Social Security Number that has been validated by 3 non-biased government officials from Municipal, State and Federal agencies. Social Security Number must be validated from all three levels of government to be considered a valid Citizen of the United States of America. Failure to meet this requirement will result in immediate forcible removal of individual and/or family members from the United States of America back to their country of origin, whereupon travel, work visa, and citizenship for all family members will be barred for 50 years.



Corrective Individual Actions Against American Citizens in Violation of Child Care Provisions:

I. It shall be the right of the government of the United States of America to destroy by chemical means, any suspected resident of the United States (Illegal or Citizen) that has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have endangered a child in any way, including violation of curfew laws, beating a child, neglecting a child, or violating a child in any way, and will be authorized to conduct such action without a trial on the grounds of probable cause only. Extermination of individual could also be the result of any of the above regulations ignored with an acute and profound level of disregard. This extermination would be conducted on the grounds of probably cause only.

II. Anyone caught sexually violating a child will undergo a live genital mutilation and public execution to be televised internationally.

III. Any American citizen after the year 2012 that is unable to meet the provisional child care requirements of all of the above regulations (with the exception of the terms applying to illegal immigrants only) found to be harboring newborn children living with them illegally in the United States, resulting from their seed or seeds of another family, will result in immediate euthanasia for them, their immediate family members and said children in question. This folly action will result in all current surviving relatives having to undergo quarterly, policed evaluations and scrutiny for the next 50 years as a preventive act against gene pool pollution, social deviance, and poverty crimes against the United States of America.

Corrective Action Against Foreign Powers:

IV. It shall be the right of the government of the United States of America to place serious economic sanctions up to and including declaring war on any country that ships or traffics it's deviant citizens to any shore or border of the United States of America. Included in sanctions would be barring of trade, Federal aid, Federal protection, travel, emergency food provisions and emergency assistance from the United States of America. Gross violation and disregard will result in an immediate declaration of war in which the approval of Congress, or the United Nations will be superseded by executive order on the grounds of probable cause only, up to and including the use of nuclear weapons.

V. Any country found to be participating in illegal trafficking of it's citizens, with more than 1000 documented incidents on record, will have these sanctions imposed on them for 50 years including immediate deportation, and the barring of future citizenship of any immigrant possessing a current work visa from said country. Travel, visa, and re-application of citizenship will be barred for 50 years. There will be no renegotiation of terms for this time period from any ambassador of said country. Any illegal re-entrance to the United States from any citizen of barred country, including it's ambassadors, will result in immediate euthanasia of foreign citizen without any trial or negotiation during the terms of sanctions or wartime. Rebuilding funds after any wartime activities resulting in significant damages to said country will not be assessed until 50 years after war time has ended, which could result in no aid provided to said country for up to 100 years, depending upon the executive discretion of the then presiding Commander and Chief of the United States of America.

Final Statement:

Gene pool pollution, social deviance, criminal spawning, illegal immigration, and poverty crimes up to, and including the irresponsible allowance of the overpopulation of the the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and any American officiated countries by the human liability element will not be tolerated. These actions shall as of 2012 be deemed criminal and will be in violation of the rights of the Free Citizens of Adobe Average Intellect of the United States of America.
