[Ro] Consideram ca legea designului propusa de SDPR si auto-numirea acestei organizatii ca organism unic de atestare a designerilor profesionisti este un atac la libertatea de asociere, instituie practici discriminatorii si piedici in calea dezvoltarii designului in Romania. Respingem si facem apel la designeri, lideri de opinie si legiuitori sa respinga orice incercare de centralizare si monopolizare a creatiei, care ar duce la sufocarea industriilor creative si la subordonarea acestora unui grup de interese obscure.

[En] We regard the design law proposed by SDPR and SDPR's intended self-appointment as the unique authority for professional designer accreditation as being an attack against the right of free association, a discriminatory practice and an impediment to design development in Romania. We repudiate the proposed law and summon designers, opinion leaders and legislators to deny any centralization and monopolization of creativity which would suffocate and subordinate the creative industries to a group of obscure interests.
