Dwarven Cannons have served their purpose as instigators and frustration generators, they are not welcome, they are not a part of putting effort in the game, they are not in any way positively influencing the course of gameplay in RuneScape.
They must go, and they must go now, not because we, the people are too poor to get one ourselves, but because we, the people are still in posession of our spine and simply a sense of fair play towards our fellow player, and we are not here just to create hate and frustration for our own amusement.
It is clear that most current Dwarven Cannon users do it just to get levels without doing anything, or simply because they want to, and enjoy annoying other players, whichever motive they pick the other effect is a dead given at any given time. At least invoke a world ruleset that forbids the use of Dwarven Cannons on a majority of all worlds, or make experience gain so slow that the alternative to levelling ranged (actually doing something, and playing the game actively) is more beneficial.
