Hasbro's newest collection of Power of the Force action figures contains two extremely popular characters from the original Trilogy: The Rebel Trooper (Tantive V defender) and Imperial Officer; figures known in collectors circles as "army builders" due to the high number of figures purchased by fans and collectors to approximate the numbers of these characters as represented in the films they appear in. These two "army builder" characters are currently listed by Hasbro as ONE PER CASE in the following upcoming assortment: Collection 2 - Wave 15 Item# 84455J, 1x Queen Amidala Travel / Black Gown, 1x Rebel Trooper - Tantive IV Defender, 1x Imperial Officer, 1x FX-7 Medical Droid, 4x Zutton (Snaggletooth), 4x Eeth Koth This petition is for Hasbro to consider either A) increasing the number of these "army builder" characters to a more reasonable number (more than one a case!) or B) release "army builder" cases of these figures (as was done with the Power of the Force Stormtrooper figure) so the fan and collector demand for these action figures may be met. PLEASE do Army builder cases. I wanted an army of CT Stormtroopers and ended up with about 8. Hardly an army. And that took a lot of work and money.

Great idea. Although not an army builder myself, I back the army builder cases to increase availability for everyone. Much frustration has resulted from being beat to the cases of Sandtroopers or Scout troopers by army builders.

Hasbro really should not limit these characters in any way. Take for example the Death Star Trooper or the Biker Scout. The aforementioned examples are very high-priced in the secondary market simply because people want more than are currently available
