Maisie's House is a non-profit attraction Run by Jerry Dolyanchuck, which originally started in memory of his late mother, and then continued to make not only the community happy, but to bring joy to travelers who come to Edmonton to see the house. It also aids the food bank to feed the cities less fortunate through donations, and it has become a cornerstone of the city. It has never been a business, and is just the product of an individual attempting to spread happiness. Hopefully it is not to late to save this precious gem of our city.

The goal of this petition is to have the Municipal Government of the City of Edmonton to exempt Jerry Dolynchuk, owner of Maisie's House, from a License of Occupation Agreement, and to make the required accomodations to keep the attraction running such as:
-Taking out the proper permit for Maisie's House
-Paying the required insurance for Maisie's House
-Making the required safety adjustments to the road in the winter to prevent Right of Way conflicts with Maisie's House, such as lowering the speed limit, or setting up detours.
