Petition To Get Hasbro To Re-Issue And Re-Release The Jurassic Park Action Figure Lines

This petition is for the toy company Hasbro to re-issue and re-release every toy that were in the Jurassic Park & The Lost World: Jurassic Park action figure lines that were produced and distributed by Kenner.

These toy lines, based on the two movies of the same name, were excellent toys, with lots of play value and were just wonderful toys. They were top-quality toys that appealed to everyone. Both movie lines had two series', and both series' were simply awesome.

Several years back both toy lines went out of production, and are very difficult to find, and most of the time the only way you can obtain them is by going to vintage stores, conventions, auctions, etc. and often you won't find the toys mint and not all of them will usually have their accessories, actions working, etc. Many toy collectors and Jurassic Park fans would love to see these excellent toys get re-issued and re-released, and with this petition, if we try hard enough, that just might happen.

Should this petition work, it will be sent to Hasbro (who bought Kenner and now owns them) and will try to convince them to re-issue and re-release Jurassic Park Series 1 & 2 and The Lost World: Jurassic Park Series 1 & 2. It would also be great if they could release some toys that got produced but never released (like the Scrap Davis Human figure from JP Series 2 and the Jungle-Colored Bush Devil Tracker & Ford Explorer from JP Series 2). It would also be great to see a Series 3 for both lines made, since there are a lot of characers from the movies that never got made. However, being that both toy lines have been out of production for a very long time, it would be good enough just to have JP Series 1 & 2 and TLW Series 1 & 2 re-issued and re-released in their original shapes and forms, with no new paint jobs and no touch-ups, just the way they were when they were originally released back in 1993, 1994, 1997, & 1998 (JP: '93 '94 | TLW: '97 '98). It would especially be great if these toys were to be released again on June 11 of 2003, since that will be the 10th Anniversary of the first Jurassic Park movie.

Please sign this petition and promote it as much as you can. These toys are some of the best ever produced, and the fact that their out of production and are extremely difficult to find is just sad.

This petition may not exactly convince Hasbro to do this task, but at least it'll show our support and prove them that there are people who are interested in older lines such as these.

We have to try to get as many signatures as possible (most petitions require at least 50, 000 signatures to be effective, but of course we should try to get much more).
