The purpose of this petition is to ask that Evan "RatStomper" Turner be unbanned from the ArsTechnica Open Forum and also from the ArsTechnica IRC server. Due to a slight misjudgement on his part, he was banned from both the Open Forum and IRC servers on February 1,2007. He has expressed remorse for his actions, and has promised never to make the same misjudgement again.
So We, The Undersigned would like to petition the ArsTechnica moderation team and also the owner Ken "Caesar" Fisher, to allow Evan "RatStomper" Turner to rejoin the online community of ArsTechnica.
